ITEMS was a Leonardo da Vinci Program multilateral partnership. It is meant to spread knowledge and expertise in the field of art education especially with regards to the cooperation between secondary schools and museum institutions. A special attention was given to the potential of new technologies in school and museum education.

 

Partners

ANISA organize the initial planning meeting, ensuring to all partners the possibility of contributing with their experience and expertise and to participate to the different steps of the project. In so doing, it will have a pivotal role in encouraging connection and confrontation among all partners and giving voice and visibility to each institution, by outlining their professional peculiarities. It will provide its well rooted experience in the cultural field and plan and host one seminar in Italy in co-operation with Eccom.
ECCOM recruit learners, plan and host one seminar in Italy in co-operation with ANISA; host project material on its website; explore opportunities for dissemination; communicate with other partners; collect case studies and contribute to the final project report providing research experiences and methodology.
APECV collaborate in planning and evaluation activities, with the support of the Pedagogical Committee of the Association. It has teacher training management and pedagogical experience in in-service teacher training. It organize a seminar in Portugal getting audiences through its connections in the field of art education.
TRIS KRASAS attend the initial planning meeting, participate in meetings organized by partners, plan and host one seminar in Latvia; communicate with art educators and museum educators in Latvia; organize local research group; collect case studies and contribute to the project’s final report. It will have a particular role with creating and presenting innovative art teaching/learning model.
MOME Department of Pedagogy and Psychology developed the Hungarian National Basic Curriculum on visual arts and media literacy  to share its experience with other partners. It will plan and host one seminar in Hungary, explore opportunities of dissemination, communicate with other partners, analyse the seminars and contribute the final project report.
Université du Luxembourg attend the initial planning meeting, participate in meetings organized by partners, plan and host one seminar in Luxembourg; communicate with art educators and museum educators; organize local research group; collect case studies and contribute to the project’s final report.
INHA to strengthen the relationships between different kinds of cultural institutions and museums; it will provide training activities during the French seminar and contribute to the discussion on learning contents.
