Call for Papers : inVISIBILIDADES #13- “Teaching Digital Art and Technologies”,

From November 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020, the Call for Experience Reports, original and unpublished, is open for the thematic dossier “Teaching Digital Art and Technologies”, from inVISIBILIDADES - Revista Ibero- American Research in Education, Culture and Arts. Reports will be accepted in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

The experience reports are configured as a possibility of communication of pedagogical practices carried out by education professionals, researchers and undergraduate and graduate students and the objective of this thematic issue is to present the experiences of using digital technologies (software). websites, games, apps, devices, etc.) in art classes as educational resources, providing reflection on these experiences.

Thus, the selection criteria of the works will be based on considering as priority the reports of experiences that contribute to the construction and daily practice of the various subjects and organizations and the different levels and modalities of art teaching; education through art; artistic mediation in learning contexts Early Childhood Education, Elementary, Middle and Higher Education; Youth and Adult Education; Professional Education / Teacher Training; Distance Education and Non-School Spaces.

For this, it is important that the reports clearly contain the explanation of the motivation and the intended objectives, the expectations, the methodology (s) employed, the results achieved, as well as conclusions or final considerations that present a critical analysis of the process .

Proposals must have a maximum of 7 pages, including references, images, tables , without  footnotes, and follow the publication rules of the magazine inVISIBILIDADES (

The submission of EXPERIENCE REPORTS must be made by the author (s), by e-mail - directly to A / C Jurema Sampaio (, by January 31, 2020.

The selected works will compose the thematic dossier “Teaching of Digital Art and Technologies”, scheduled to be released in April or May 2020.



Author Guidelines


Accepted articles are then published on-line and can be consulted without restriction on the server. Although the electronic medium is best suited to short articles, for more substantial articles the journal does accept texts of 20-30 pages.

  • Title in the original language, and in English 
  • Summaries and key-words in the original language, and  English 
  • Graphics and maps (preferably GIF format or failing this JPG)


Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The article has to be anonymous in word format. No name, no institution should be mentioned. The figures have to be included in the paper.
  2. The article has not been submitted to another journal or published in another journal
  3. The figures are also joined in attached files
